Enstall Announces Leadership Succession

Amsterdam, March 2nd 2026 – Enstall, the global leader in rooftop solar mounting solutions, today announced the appointment of Trevor Young as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2026.

Former CEO Stijn Vos will transition to a non-executive role as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, ensuring continuity of strategic oversight and governance.

Trevor Young brings more than 34 years of international leadership experience in HVAC and energy-related industries, with a strong track record of leading complex global organizations through transformation and growth. Most recently, Trevor was CEO of FläktGroup, leading 3,600 employees at the German provider of energy-efficient HVAC components, where he executed on a successful business strategy that delivered significant growth and operational excellence.
